Hey, Flash Ash,
I just found your website and wanted to let you know I think it’s cool. I teach at the University of Notre Dame in Indiana, USA – known especially for its (American) football teams, but as a kind of hobby and passion I help coach boxing in a big intramural boxing program we have here. I’m too old to compete myself – got a start when I was a doctoral student at Oxford years ago – but it keeps me in shape just working with our guys and girls, and doing cornerwork and even some light sparring wtih them.
I wish you a lot of success – you look like you’re on the road to making a big name for yourself. Come to the USA and fight, if you can!

Hello Brian
Thank you for your kind words, I dream of fighting for a World Title in America and am working hard to acheive that dream. Am off to spar in Spain today got a fight for the British Title on the 11th September. Keep up the work in the corner, I call my guys the dream team, the job is so important to a boxer.
There is no better workout than a bit of boxing! so keep it up and carry on the good work.
Regards
Ashley Sexton
